- Upon product reception, please check for any visible surface damage (scratches, bumps etc). If damage is detected, do not continue installing the product. Instead, contact your supplier that will proceed to resolve the issue directly with us. Installing an already damaged product will shorten its lifespan by allowing corrosive contaminants to seep under the paintwork causing the product to chip/peel off. To avoid subsequent costly repairs please follow instructions regarding proper installation and cleaning.
- All rails contain stainless steel screws inside their packaging.
- When installing products not containing screws in their packaging (e.g. rail bases), the use of stainless steel screws is to be considered mandatory. Using simple, not stainless steel screws will result in rust that will corrode the screws and seep into adjacent surfaces, corroding the paint and eventually the surface itself.
- Rails stock availability usually for colours white, black and brown. Rails can be coated in any colour upon request and confirmed order.
- Returns are accepted ONLY for white and black colour, PROVIDED that they are accompanied by a delivery note stating the purchase invoice number.
- IFESTOS Aluminium Accessories uses class 1 powder coating (1 year Florida test classification).
- IFESTOS Aluminium Accessories bears no responsibility for coatings or paint jobs modified or otherwise performed outside of our own establishments.

- Installation of the products, including rails, bases and handrails should be performed with the utmost care from/in the presence of an experienced installer. In case of a botched installation, bumps and scratches caused on the painted surfaces will allow the corrosive contaminants to seep under the paintwork causing products to chip/peel off. To avoid subsequent costly repairs please follow instructions regarding proper installation and cleaning.
- Carrying out additional work on the surface of / next to the products (e.g. any type of welding, cutting, conversions, etc.) may result in a reduction in the life of the paintwork.
- Regular cleaning of the painted products will keep the coating surface in a good condition.
- AVOID any use of chemical substances and harsh detergents.
- In the presence of deposits on the surface of the products, clean with water and a soft cloth.
- Due to the intense corrosion in coastal and industrial areas, cleaning must be more frequent.
