Electrostatic painting is a process in which a film of decorative paint is placed on the surface of aluminum to change its color and protect it from external factors. This process takes place in three main steps:
Chemical processing
The chemical treatment, during which all undesirable factors are removed from the aluminum surface, making it ready for painting
Coating
The painting, in which colored powder is sprayed on the surface of the profiles using special electrostatic guns
Polymerisation
The polymerisation, i.e. the baking of the powder, so that it stabilizes on the surface of the profile.
